You'll have tasks:

  • Recording and tracking bookings.
  • Greeting and assisting guests during their stay.
  • Providing information on local attractions and activities.
  • General administration, money management, invoicing.
  • Address emerging problems quickly and effectively.

What we expect from you:

  • Independence and precision to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the guest house.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Communicative knowledge of a foreign language (e.g. English, German).
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, helpful attitude.
