Every Saturday evening, a special summer atmosphere awaits you at Dűlőbisztró. After sunset, a DJ provides the music, while fine wines, good company and an increasingly lively atmosphere on the terrace create the perfect setting for relaxation. The evening begins with easy-going conversations and, thanks to the upbeat tunes, gradually turns into a true summer party. If you would rather not worry about transportation, a transfer service is also available upon request for 2,000 FT/person, so you can enjoy the evening without a care.
Saturday DJ parties – AUGUST 1–31 (EVERY SATURDAY)
The Harsányi Winery and Dűlőbisztró open-air cinema nights offer a special way to unwind every Friday evening throughout the summer. During the outdoor screenings, guests can choose between the cosy setting on blankets on the green island or the comfort of the panoramic terrace. Fine wines, picturesque surroundings and the peaceful vineyard atmosphere create a unique experience every time. Participation is free, and a transfer service is also available upon request for 2,000 FT/person. The list of films will be announced later by the organisers, so every Friday brings a new experience.
Open-air cinema nights – JULY 31 – AUGUST 31 (EVERY FRIDAY)
Bite into the most exciting flavours of summer at the Harsányi Winery and Dűlőbisztró’s special burger weekend! From August 14–16, the bistro kitchen becomes the home of creative street food flavours, where premium ingredients, homemade sauces and freshly baked buns meet Harsányi wines. Try the Foie Gras Marha Burger, the “No1” Mangalica Burger, the Spicy Catfish Burger or the crispy Crispy Chicken Burger! Special burger creations, excellent wines and a true summer gastronomic experience await you in the atmospheric surroundings of the Tokaj wine region.

The Harsányi Harvest 2026 is a full-day autumn event in the heart of Tokaj-Hegyalja, organized by the Harsányi Winery and Dűlőbisztró in Sárospatak. During the event, visitors can gain insight into the traditions of the harvest, participate in grape picking, wine tastings, and culinary programs, while the estate’s unique atmosphere and the beauty of the Tokaj wine region complete the experience. The program offers an excellent recreational opportunity for families, groups of friends, and corporate teams alike.
Harsányi Harvest – SEPTEMBER 19.
What if Gyula Krúdy, Mór Jókai, Zsigmond Móricz, and Sándor Márai sat down at the same table, and you could be there with them? On April 24, the Harsányi Winery and Dűlőbisztró’s literary dinner event will bring the world of these great Hungarian writers to life. Four courses, four authors, four moods: a Krúdy-inspired appetizer, Jókai bean soup, Móricz stuffed cabbage, and Márai pancakes paired with Tokaj wines. The evening is hosted by Péter R. Kárpáti and features readings. The event begins at 6:00 PM, and the menu unfolds slowly and memorably. Literary Evening – APRIL 24.
Wandering, wine, experiences—together again in the vineyards! In 2026, we’ll be hosting the Harsányi DŰLŐngélő for the fourth time, where, for one day, everything is about slowing down, enjoying experiences, and sharing moments together. On May 2, we’ll reopen the gates to the vineyards:
walks through the vineyards, a festival atmosphere, fine wines and food, lighthearted conversations, laughter—all surrounded by breathtaking views.
DŰLŐngélő isn’t about rushing. It’s a day when you can take your time exploring the estate, get a taste of daily life at the Harsányi Winery, or simply sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy the moment.
