From January 15 to 18, we welcome our guests with a special, authentic pig slaughter menu: fresh cracklings, marrow toast, pig's trotters soup, cabbage with pork, hurka sausage platter, and homemade desserts complete the experience. One of the most popular gastronomic events of the winter season focuses on tradition, rural flavors, and a family atmosphere. Our guests with reservations welcome with mulled wine or tea welcome. From November 7 to 9, we celebrate St. Martin's Day with an unforgettable gastronomic experience, where goose dishes are paired with selected wines from the Harsányi Winery.
