Barangolás, bor, élmény, újra együtt a dűlőkben! 2026-ban negyedik alkalommal is megrendezzük a Harsányi DŰLŐngélőt, ahol egy napra minden a lassulásról, az élményekről és a közös pillanatokról szól. Május 2-án újra megnyitjuk a dűlők kapuit:
séták a dűlők között, fesztiválhangulat, finom borok és ételek, könnyed beszélgetések, nevetés, mindez káprázatos kilátással körülölelve.
A DŰLŐngélő nem rohanás. Ez egy nap, amikor ráérsz felfedezni a birtokot, belekóstolni a Harsányi Pincészet mindennapjaiba, vagy egyszerűen csak leülni egy pohár borral, és élvezni a pillanatot.

RUM TASTING EVENING
Szeretettel várunk egy különleges rumkóstoló estre a Harsányi Dűlőbisztróban, ahol a prémium rumok kerülnek a középpontba. A könnyed, elegáns tételektől a karakteres overproof különlegességekig ismerhetjük meg a rumkészítés sokszínű stílusait. A kóstolót Norbert Mádi vezeti a Premirum képviseletében, bemutatva az italok eredetét és karakterét. A válogatott rumokat gondosan összeállított falatok kísérik, köztük 36 hónapig érlelt mangalica sonka és Tepliczky Balázs érlelt sajtjai, a minőségi, lehetőleg helyi alapanyagokra építve. Az este tökéletes választás a rumok és a gasztronómiai élmények kedvelőinek.

Discover the traditional flavors of Zemplén at the Pig Slaughter Weekend! From January 15 to 18, we welcome our guests with a special, authentic pig slaughter menu: fresh cracklings, marrow toast, pig's trotters soup, cabbage with pork, hurka sausage platter, and homemade desserts complete the experience. One of the most popular gastronomic events of the winter season focuses on tradition, rural flavors, and a family atmosphere. Our guests with reservations welcome with mulled wine or tea welcome. On December 13, an exclusive Whiskey night awaits all gourmets at the Harsányi Winery and Dűlőbisztrówhere you can take a taste journey through the world's finest spirits From Scotland to Ireland to the United States.
